Conviction to be deleted. The conviction for theft recorded against Morris Newsham West, in Police Gazette, 1930, page 710, has been quashed on appeal at Dunedin Supreme Court on the 10th December, 1930. All copies of the Police Gazette are to be amended accordingly.
