Memorandum.] Fireworks : Control of Sale. Cabinet directs that its decision, referred to in the statement of the Hon. Minister of Justice, published in Police Gazette, 1930, page 189, is to stand over to allow present stocks of fireworks to be disposed of. This direction does not apply to fireworks which are explosives within the meaning of the Arms Act, 1920, to which the instructions contained in memorandum, P. 29/1530, of 12th December, 1929, are still to be applied. Reinstatement. The dismissal of Sergeant George Frederic Bonisch (No. 1674), as notified in Police Gazette, 1930, page 373, has been cancelled by the Minister of Justice, and he has been reinstated in his former rank as from 23rd May, 1930.
