Dunedin. Since the 15th May last, William James Alexander Sinclair, age fifty-six, height 6 ft. 1 in., miner and labourer, native of New Zealand, medium build, fresh complexion, grey hair, blue eyes, clean-shaved, artificial teeth, marks on feet (result of trench feet); dressed in a dark-grey suit, fawn felt hat, black boots, and fawn raincoat; reserved manner ; neat appearance. He left some of his money and effects in the Victoria and fears are.entertained for his safety. O/yfeo-
