Auckland. 24th ultimo, from Queen Street, the property of HORACE ROBINSON, 376 Queen Street, a gentlemen’s green and nickel fixed - wheel Anglo racing - bicycle, downturned handles, red rubber grips ; value, £4. Identifiable.
Auckland. —20th or 21st ultimo, from a building in Queen Street, the property' of JAMES WILLIAM HILL, Seabrook Avenue, New Lynn, a canvas tool-kit, a Disston panel saw and a crosscut saw, an Atkins rip-saw, a No. 8 steel tryingplane, a steel smoothing-plane, a tenon saw, a brace and set of bits, a Stanley hammer, a steel rabbit-plane, and a pair of compasses, automatic screwdriver, &c., all stamped “J. Hill ” ; total value, £ls. Identifiable.
Auckland. FITZGERALD, 404 Manukau Road, a gentlemen’s Fernies bicycle, down-turned handles, Dunlop saddle, rubber pedals; value, £lO. Identifiable.
Auckland. — 14th November last, from 45b Union Street, Freemans Bay, the property of FREDERICK JAMES BATES, 56 Ponsonby Road, a gentlemen’s brown tweed suit, “ Hugh Wright ” on tag ; about 4s. in money ; and a pawn-ticket for a watch and chain, No. 1232, on the Waitemata Loan Co. in name of complainant: total value, £3 4s. Huntly. — On or about the 30th November last, from a bridge near Rangiriri, the property of JAMES FINDLAY, Eltham Road, Kohimaramara, one 5 lb., one 8 lb., and one 14 lb. hammer with hickory handles ; three octagon 1£ in. steel gads, 6 in., 12 in., and 15 in. in length ; and a Midget emery-wheel, 6 in. in diameter, in white metal frame : total value, £6. Blenheim. —Between the 21st February and 12th August, 1929, from Bryandale Farm, Kenepuru Sounds, the property of BRYAN ROBERT THOMAS GREENSILL, sixty-two two-, four-, or six-tooth Romney-cross sheep, earmarked with two back bits out of and slit in left ear for wethers and right ear for ewes, or fore bit and two back bits in right ear for wethers and back and fore bit in right ear and fore bit and fork in left ear for ewes total value, £B6 16s. Identifiable. Suspicion is attached to (1) O’Hara Ray Hebberd, referred to in Police Gazette, 1929, page 553 ; and (2) Joseph Weldon Hebberd, age fifty-nine, height 6 ft. 1 in., farmer, native of New Zealand, good build, fresh complexion, grey hair, blue eyes. They have been interviewed, but no evidence resulted.

Between the sth and Bth November last, from Bay View House, Wharf Street, the property of MARY SHALD WATT and another, a ladies’ gold ring set with a turquoise and about nine diamonds in claw setting, and £ll in money : total value, £3l. Ring identifiable. Suspicion is attached to Woman (name unknown), age about twenty-two, medium build, fresh complexion, brown hair; dressed in a grey costume and striped cardigan. She was accompanied by a Man (name unknown), age about twenty-eight, tall, stout build, Scotch accent.
Dunedin. —lst November last, from His Majesty’s Theatre, the property of JOHN GODFREY HASLAM, care of J. C. Williamson and Co., Wellington, a gentlemen’s silver wristlet watch, “J. Haslam, by the employees of the Monarch Laundry, Ltd., Perth, W.A., 1921,” inscribed on back of case ; value, £4. Identifiable.
Dunedin. —On the 22nd November last the dwelling of MATILDA McDONALD, 8 Baker Street, was broken into and the following stolen : A gentlemen’s silver open - face watch, “ Presented to Stuart McDonald by Port Chalmers Police ” believed to be inscribed thereon ; a gold circular brooch set with pearls ; a gold mail-chain ; and a three-cell nickel torch : total value, £lO. 3s. fid. Watch identifiable.
