Since the 3rd instant, Benjamin Beasley or Baseley, age eighty-four, height 5 ft. 2 in., native of England, slight build, fresh complexion, bald, brown eyes ; probably dressed in a dark tweed suit, greenish vest, tan shoes, and grey felt hat; stooped, and usually walks with a stick. Fears are entertained for his safety. Inquiry by Mrs. George Harnott, 406 New North Road, Kingsland.

Waihi. —Since the beginning of September last, Richard Robinson, age twenty-two, height 5 ft. 10 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, good build, dark complexion, black hair, thin features, slightly round shoulders ; pleasant manner ; usually dressed in a navy-blue suit. He made application for enrolment in the Police Force, and his address is desired so that his papers may be returned to him.

Gisborne. —Since the 23rd instant, Hatty Boyd Foots, age five years and nine months, native of New Zealand, strong build, dark hair, dark brown eyes with freckles around them ; dressed in light-grey trousers with braces of same material, tan sandals, light-coloured striped shirt, and black school cap with “ T.H.S.” on front; speaks quickly, and lisps. The child was lost on the showgrounds, and it is thought that he may have gone away with the conductors of some of the side-shows. Every effort is to be made to locate the child.
