PROPERTY RECOVERED.
Rawene. —WILLIAM ALFRED LAIRD’S shop broken into : Portion of the stolen property has been recovered by the Rawene police, and Wiremu Tepana arrested for the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1928, page 488.)
Putaruru. — WILLIAM JORDON’S property (excepting the two gold brooches, table-knives, sovereigncase, and money) has been recovered by the Hamilton police, and Leslie Arthur Marsh, alias Lenrtan arrested for the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 246.)
