Circular No. 8/29.] Transfers. The practice of members of the Force under orders to transfer fixing or delaying the date and time of their departure to suit their own convenience regardless of departmental interests is to cease forthwith. All arrangements connected with removals are to be made and the transfers effected with expedition when notification is received by those concerned. Leave of absence shall not be considered. W. B. Police Examinations, 1929. Coaching of members of the Force for the literary subjects of the Police Examinations this year will be undertaken if there is a sufficient number of candidates to warrant the expense. Members who desire to avail themselves of the services of the Coach should give notice to that effect not later than the 30th instant, so that it may be decided whether the Coach is to be engaged. W.
