Circular No. 8/29.] Transfers. The practice of members of the Force under orders to transfer fixing or delaying the date and time of their departure to suit their own convenience regardless of departmental interests is to cease forthwith. All arrangements connected with removals are to be made and the transfers effected with expedition when notification is received by those concerned. Leave of absence shall not be considered. W. B.
