Christchurch.— Elizabeth Myrtle Davies, failing to main tain, has been located by the Mount Cook police. She had assumed the name Jenkins. (See Police Gazette, 1928, page 851.)

Kurow. Kurow Railway-station and Post-office broken into : The Timaru police have definitely established that the offence was committed by Leonard Walter Cooper alone. The cheque referred to in Police Gazette, 1928, page 851, was not stolen from Kurow Post-office. (See Police Gazette, 1928, page 831.)
