Treasury Regulation No. 51 amended. (See New Zealand Gazette, 1927, page 3542.) CHARLES EERGUSSON, Governor-General. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 14th day of November, 1927. Present: The Right Honourable J. G. Coates, P.C., presiding in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on him by section three of the Public Revenues Act, 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the regulations made under the said Act on the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the Gazette on the same date at page 2503, in manner appearing in the Schedule hereto ; and doth direct that the amendment hereby made shall form part of and be read with the aforesaid regulations, and shall come into force on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette. SCHEDULE. Regulation No. 51 is hereby amended by inserting, after the words “ Claims for stores must,” the following additional words : “ Unless the Paymaster-General otherwise directs.” F. D. It is hereby notified that unclaimed property in the hands of the police at the various police stations will, if not claimed before Saturday, the 31st December, 1927, be sold thereafter by public auction.
