Newton. Walter Selby, escaping from mental hospital, has been arrested bv the Newton police. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 747.)
Auckland. Harold Armstrong, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Wellington police. He is identical with Harold Armstrong referred to in Police Gazette, 1911, page 588. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 423.)
Auckland. Robert John Finch, failing to maintain, has been interviewed by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 303.)
Huntly. — Francis Whorskey, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Huntly police. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 712.)
Hamilton. — Valentine Phelan, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 748.)
Rotorua. — Victor Clarence Aiken, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Wharf (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1927, pages 242 and 370.)
Gisborne.Tipuna Aparima, alias Aparima Tipuna, alias Wiremu Henare, trespass on racecourse, has been served with a summons by the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 638.)
New Plymouth. — Lewis Henry Prestidge, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Te Kuiti police. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 748.)
Kaponga.George Thomas Watts, absconding from licensed service, has been arrested by the Rahotu police. He had assumed the name Henry Horton. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 703, and following paragraph).
Manaia. — George Thomas Watts, breaking and entering, has been arrested by the Rahotu police, and the dungaree trousers, silk stockings, and gold ring recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 712, and preceding paragraph.)
Palmerston North. Andrew Murray Boggs, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Timaru police. He had assumed the name Frank Murray. (See Police Gazette, 1926, page 238.)
Wellington. — James Wemyss o’DonahOO, failing to maintain, has been interviewed by the New Plymouth police. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 424.)
Wellington.— Shannon, alias John Shannon, alias John Sharman, alias Thomas Shannon, theft, has been interviewed by the Greymouth police. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 700.)
