Auckland. —17th instant, for breaking and entering the shop of William McKinney, chemist, New North Road, Mount Albert, with intent to commit a crime, Two Men (names unknown) 7 in. ; wearing light-grey close-fitting overcoat with belt and a felt hat: and (2) age about twenty-three, height about 5 ft. 5 in. ; dressed in a brown suit. They were seen in the shop, and left in a grey Ford motor-car. No warrant.

No apples have been delivered, and he may be obtaining money by false pretences. No warrant.

Palmerston North. — l7th instant, on warrant for failing to comply with the terms of a maintenance order for the support of his two children in a receiving home, Ernest William Baker, alias Len Hamilton, age thirty-eight, height 6 ft. 1 in., labourer and slaughterman, native of New.
