Since the 2nd instant, Kuljlts Rai Kapoor, age seventeen and a half, height 5 ft. 7 in., schoolboy, native of India, slight build, dark hair and eyes, sharp features ; dressed in a navy-blue knickerbocker suit, black stockings with two green stripes on top, black lace-up boots, and brownfelt hat; a Hindoo.
