Auckland. —29th November last, on warrant for theft of a £5 note, the property of John Angus Robertson, 154 Manukau Road, John Lionel Hadley, age nineteen, height 5 ft. 6 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, slight build, dark complexion, dark-brown hair, brown eyes ; usually dressed in a blue-grey suit and fawn-felt hat. Arrears to the 6th February last, £33.

Auckland.— Charles William Boneham, alias Dobson, failing to maintain : It has now been ascertained by the Wellington police that offender left this Dominion on the 17th October last by the s.s. “ Ulimaroa ” for Sydney, under the name J. C. Smith. (See Police Gazette, 1925, page 78.)
Taumarunui. — Ist ultimo, on warrant of commitment to Auckland Prison for seven days in default of paying £2 3s. fine and costs for drunkenness, Joseph Michael O’Reilly, age sixtysix, height 5 ft. 7£ in., labourer, native of America, medium build, .fresh complexion, dark-brown hair going bald, grey eyes, anchor and “ R ” on left forearm, right hand has been broken, “ McG.” and three dots on right forearm. Kaponga. 3rd February last, on warrant of commitment to New Plymouth Prison for seven days in default of paying £1 10s. fine and costs for being found on licensed premises during prohibited hours, John Henry Wallace, age about thirty-eight, height 5 ft. 7 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, strong build, dark complexion and hair (going bald), blue eyes, clean-shaved ; usually dressed in a blue suit and grey cap ; quiet manner. / ~ r
Hastings. —2sth ultimo, that a notice of order for maintenance, separation, and guardianship may be served upon him, Charles Lasker, age forty, height 5 ft. in., labourer, native of Australia, medium build, dark complexion, fair hair, dark-brown eyes, thick lips ; usually dressed in a grey suit and grey-felt hat.
Marton. —On the sth and 6th instant, on two warrants for breaking and entering buildings within the curtilage of the dwellings of Walter Edward Wade, farmer, Turakina Valley, and Isaac Jefferson, farmer, Cliff Road, and stealing therefrom a quantity of saddlery (recovered) —total value £24 18s.—F. Franklin (name probably fictitious), age about twenty-five, height about 5 ft. 8 in., medium build, dark complexion, clean-shaved; dressed in a dark shabby suit and hat with narrow down-turned rim; untidy appearance. He may be in possession of a bicycle. The property was recovered at the Hastings and Napier Railway-stations, to where it had b*err\consign/d byaccused to “ F. Franklin.”
Cuba Street (Palmerston North). —23rd ultimo, that a summons for being found on licensed premises during prohibited hours may be served upon him, James Sinclair, age about thirty, height about 5 ft. 8 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, medium build, ruddy complexion, auburn hair; dressed in a brown small-check suit (no hat); smart appearance.
Dunedin.— l6th instant, for failing to comply with the terms of his release upon probation (Offenders Probation Act, 1920), David Munn, alias William Williams, alias George Williamson, age forty, height 5 ft. 4f in., labourer, native of Australia, medium build, fresh complexion, dark-brown hair, brown eyes, scar on right thumb.
