Katikati. 3lst ultimo, that a summons for failing to register a rifle may be served upon him, Thomas Goodison, age sixteen, height 5 ft. 8 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, medium build, pale complexion, fair hair, blue eyes ; erect gait. 9-9'33~.
Hamilton. —2nd February last, on two warrants of commitment to Auckland Prison for four days and three days in default of paying £1 13s. and 13s. fines and costs for breaches of the Defence Act, Roland Charles Malins Hunt, age twentytwo, height 5 ft. 4 in., grocer, native of England, slight build, fair complexion and hair, grey eyes ; usually dressed in a navy-blue suit and light-grey cap ; good appearance. Wanganui. —3lst ultimo, that she may be compelled to maintain her illegitimate child, Miss or Mrs. Conway, age about thirty, medium height, domestic, native of New Zealand, fair hair and complexion, light-blue eyes, nose slightly upturned; dresses gaudily. Lower Hutt.— l2th December last, that a summons for being found on licensed premises during prohibited hours may be served upon him, Edward Thomas, age twenty-four, height 6 ft. 2 in., labourer, native of Australia, slight build, fair complexion, brown hair, blue eyes, clean-shaved ; dressed in a light-grey suit and felt hat.
Wellington. 3oth ultimo, on warrant of commitment to Gisborne Prison for one month in default of paying £l9 12s. arrears due on a maintenance order for the support of his wife, Leila Bowler, Thomas Bowler, age twenty-five, height 5 ft. 8 in., freezing-works hand, native of New Zealand, strong build, tanned complexion, fair hair brushed back, blue eyes, scar on forehead and on left shin ; slightly stooped. Arrears computed to the 26th January last. His photograph is filed in the Inspector’s Office, Wellington.
