SPECIAL INQUIRY.
The above are photographs of a Man (name unknown) who was knocked down by a train at George Street Crossing, Auckland, on the 26th ultimo and died in hospital the same day. Description : Age about sixty-three, height about 5 ft. 6 in., medium build, sandy hair turning grey, sandy moustache, goatee beard turning grey; full face; shabbily dressed in a dark-grey-tweed suit, brown soft-felt hat, soft white shirt and singlet, ribbed woollen underpants,
and black lace-up boots, size 7. Any information regarding the identity of deceased is to be communicated to the Inspector of Police, Auckland. (C.R. 23/12.)
