Auckland. — Thomas Norton, found on licensed premises during prohibited hours, has been served with a summons by the Wairoa police. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 464.)

Auckland.— James Nash, theft, has been arrested by the Whangarei police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 740.)

Auckland.— William McDowell, alias Thomas Harvey, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1915, page 401, and 1922, pages 28 and 326.)

Auckland. — James Ryan, alias Sims, alias Parker, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Dargaville police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 629.)

! Auckland.—Sydney Wright, alias Wrightson, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 675.)

i Gisborne. Charles O’Neill, failing to maintain, has paid the arrears due to the To Karaka police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 524.)

Wairoa. — Horacio Acosta, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Tolaga Bay police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 712.)

Wairoa. — D. Rugg, theft, has been arrested by the Te Awamutu police. (See Police Gazette. 1922, pages 302 and 404.)

Taihape. Toko Pakai, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Porangahau police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 630.) '

Napier.— Leslie Charles Thackwell, alias Thompson, alias Hopkins, alias Thomas, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Wellington Police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 712.)

Hawera. Raymond Sutherland, trespass, has been arrested by the Greymouth police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 618, and following paragraph.)

Wanganui. — Walter Raymond Sutherland, failing to provide, has been arrested by the Greymouth police. (See Police jGazctte, 1922, page 566, and preceding paragraph.)

Whangamomona. Donald Watson, missing, has been arrested by the Devonport police for theft. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 671, and following paragraph.)

Wanganui. Ronald Watson, absconding from receiving home, has been arrested by the Devonport police. His correct name is Ronald Gordon Watson. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 70, and preceding paragraph.)

Palmerston North.— Thomas Wheatley, alias H. Dudley, theft, has been arrested by the Taumarunui police. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 754.)

Woodville. — Thomas Patrick McGovern, absconding from licensed service, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 714.)

Levin. Clarence Amos Woods, alias George Henry Smith, absconding from industrial school, has been arrested by the Taihape police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 462.)

Levin. Walter Reid Hill and Frederick George Lester, absconding from industrial school, have been arrested by the Gisborne Police on other charges. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 714.)

Wellington.— George James Gooch, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. He had assumed the name George James. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 692.)

Wellington.— Archibald Andrew Charles Scott, aliai William Smith, theft, has been arrested by the Lower Hut police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 727.)

Wellington. Duncan McFarlane, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Thorndon police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 426.)

Christchurch. — Robert Hugh McLaren, theft, has been arrested by the Lyttelton police. He had assumed the name Harry Smith. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 130.)

Christchurch. — Arthur Reginald Borland, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 592.)

Dunedin. -George McCorkindale, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Ophir police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 676.)

Gore. Bernice McDonald, escaping from custody, has been arrested by the Invercargill police. His correct name is Raymond Maxwell Wright. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 728.)

Sydney (New South Wales). — William Houghton Bennett, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1921, page 325.)
