UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.
Hamilton. lnquiries are to be made for the owner of two horses which were found in the possession of William M. Crimmins, who has been arrested, on other charges of horsestealing, and who has stated to the Hamilton police that he took the horses described below from the roadside near Matamata and Whakatane. Descriptions: An aged iron-grey gelding, 14 hands, short mane and tail, scar on back, indistinct brand on left shoulder ; and an aged bay gelding, 14 hands, star on forehead, scar on back, two scars on off hind stifle, small white spot behind left ear.
