First, age twenty-six, height 6 ft., mill hand, native of Scotland, slight build, fresh complexion, fair hair, blue eyes, clean-shaved, scar on left side of forehead, flat feet; usually dressed in a grey suit and light-felt hat worn tilted to leftside. He has been interviewed, but no evidence resulted.
