A provisional warrant has been issued at Wellington for the arrest of Charles Roxburghe, alias Vivian Lee Ronalshay, alias Charles Francis Gordon, alias Jordan, alias Ogsten, charged that on or about the 16th December last he departed from Queensland (Australia), and took with him part of his property of the value. of upwards of £2O, which ought by law, in the event of his becoming insolvent, to have been divided amongst his creditors, and within four months afterwardsnamely, on the 27th January, 1921 —- became an insolvent. Description: Age about thirty-five, height about 5 ft. 9f in., carpenter, native of England, medium build, dark complexion, dark-brown hair, grey eyes, cleanshaved ; may have assumed the name Dearman, and may be accompanied by a woman. He is believed to have arrived at Wellington by the s.s. “ Moeraki ” on the 28th ultimo. Wellington. —A provisional warrant has been issued at Wellington for the arrest of Sidney Fortescue, charged that on or about the Bth December, 1920, he departed from Queensland (Australia), and took with him part of his property of the value of upwards of £2O, which ought by law, in the event of his becoming insolvent, to have been divided amongst his creditors, and within four months afterwards on the 27th January, 1921—became an insolvent. Description : Age thirty-one, height 5 ft. 7| in., commercial traveller, native of America, medium to stout build, dark complexion, dark-brown hair, brown eyes, dimple in chin, clean-shaved; has fourteen artificial teeth ; dressed in a dark-grey-tweed suit, light-coloured hat, and fawn raincoat; may have assumed the name Strong, and may be accompanied by a slim woman. He is identical with Sydney Hamilton, vide New South Wales Photographs, 83—39, and is believed to have arrived at Wellington by the s.s. “ Moeraki ” on the 28th ultimo. Lower Hutt, T. Taylor (name probably fictitious), age thirty, height 5 ft. 6 in., thin build, dark hair and complexion, clean-shaved ; dressed in grey trousers, brown sac coat, and slouch hat. The articles were stolen from a motor-car and sold at Mizraki’s second-hand shop, Tory Street.

Watson (name probably fictitious), age thirty, height 5 ft. 3 in., thin build, dark hair and complexion, clean-shaved ; dressed in a dark suit. The coat was stolen from the Y.M.C.A. rooms, Willis Street, and sold at M. Davis’s second-hand shop, Taranaki Street.
