Palmerston North. -FRANK ANDERSON’S pony has been found: not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 527.)
Masterton.— EDGAß KAIN’S blouses, &c., stolen: Rupert Hatch and Ella Dorothea Boys have been arrested for the offence by the Masterton police, and the lace recovered. (Sea Police Gazette, 1920, page 495.)
Christchurch. — HENRY EARL SOLOMAN and ANNIE DUFF’S clothing, &c., stolen : The suspect, Jack Akitana, has been arrested by the Wellington police, and most of the stolen property recovered. He is identical with Aston, alias John Lee Ashton, alias J. McLean, referred to in Police Gazette , 1920, page 547. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 374, and Apprehensions, this issue.)
Christchurch. RlCHAßD EVATT’S sleeve-links, &c., stolen in the Federal Hotel: The property has been recovered hidden in the hotel. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 560.)
