Levin. —2lst December last, from Weraroa Training Farm, Ralph Meredith Curtis, age nineteen, height 5 ft. 7 in., steward, native of England, sallow complexion, light-brown hair, brown eyes, large nose, scar on right hip, lame ©n right leg. He may be wearing returned soldier’s uniform. (See Police Gazette , 1918, page 491.)
Wellington. —2sth ultimo, from the licensed service of his parents, 11 Frederick Street, Harold William Blackie, age nineteen, height about 5 ft. 2 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, stout build, fair hair and complexion, blue eyes ; dressed in brown coat and trousers. He was licensed out from Weraroa Training Farm. (See Police Gazette, 1918, page 122.)
