Avondale. —25th ultimo, that proceedings for failing to notify his change of address may be instituted against him, Angus Campbell, age forty-four, shearer.

Newton. —31st ultimo, for theft of 9s. 6d., the property of Margaret Brodie, confectioner, Karangahape Road, Two men (names unknown). First: Age about thirty, height 5 ft. 6 in., medium build, fair complexion, reddish hair, clean-shaved, thin face, freckled hands; dressed in a navy-blue suit and grey-felt hat with dark band. He may be identical with Edward James Wilson, referred to in t'olice Gazette, 1917, page 30. Second: Age about twenty-six, height about 5 ft. 9 in., good build, dark hair and complexion, clean-shaved, full face ; dressed in a grey suit, grey-felt hat with black band, and light overcoat. Accused in paying for two bottles of soda-water obtained 9s. 6d. from complainant by “ringing the changes.” No warrant.

Addington.— l3th instant, on warrant for failing to comply with the terms of a maintenance order for the support of his illegitimate child, Kenneth Walter McKnight, age about thirty-five, height 5 ft. 10 in., traveller, native of New Zealand, thin build, pale complexion, wavy dark-brown hair, blue eyes, clean-shaved.
