Te Aroha. Since October last, Albert Simkin Hutchinson, age forty-six, height about 5 ft. 9 in., carpenter and builder, native of Australia, medium build, fresh complexion, brown hair turning grey, sunken blue eyes, small brown moustaohe, full features, erect gait; usually dressed in a light grey-tweed suit, grey soft-felt hat, drabcoloured light overcoat, and black lace-up boots; quiet disposition. He was last heard of in October last at Auckland. Inquiry by his wife, Charlotte Augusta Hutchinson.
Eltham. —Since the 11th November last, Karl Persson, age thirty-one, height 5 ft. 8§ in., labourer, native of Sweden, medium build, fair complexion, curly brown hair ; dressed in a blue suit and soft-felt hat. Fears are entertained for his safety. Inquiry by bis brother, Ernest Persson, Britannia Hotel, Wellington. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 832.)
Taranaki Street (Wellington). Since the 22nd ultimo, John Augustus Jeanes, age twelve, telegraph messenger, native of New Zealand, fair hair, blue eyes, one front tooth missing; dressed in blue-serge knickerbockers, white soft shirt, brown tie, yellow-and-black belt and cap, and black boots and stockings. If looated, he is to be induced to return home. Inquiry by Mrs. L. Smith, 24 Windsor Place.
Timaru.— Since the 24th ultimo, James Kirkman, age thirty-four, height sft 5 in., farm labourer, native of New Zealand, dark complexion, brown hair, grey eyes; dressed in a brown sport’s suit, red tie, black hard hat, and heavy brown overcoat. Fears are entertained for his safety. Inquiry by his sister-in-law, Margaret Kirkman, Rangitatai.
