Promotions. To be Senior Sergeants, as from Ist April, 1917. No. 708. Sergeant Simpson, James Kerr. No. 865. Sergeant Till, Stephen. No. 727. Sergeant Eccles, William. No. 728. Sergeant McCrorie, Hugh. No. 006. Sergeant Cummings, Denis Joseph. Inspector of Sea Fishing Appointed. (See New Zealand Gazette , 1917, page 1330.) Constable William Edward Hunt, of Helensville, has been appointed an Inspector of Sea Pishing. Inspectors of Factories appointed. (See New Zealand Gazette, 1917, page 1330.) Constables William Edward Hunt and William Joseph Sleeth have been appointed Inspectors under the Factories Act, 1908.
Clerk of Magistrate's Court appointed. (See New Zealand Gazette , 1917, page 1330.) Constable William Edward Hunt has been appointed Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court at Helensville.
