SPECIAL INQUIRY.
Gisborne. —Bodv of unknown man found in the Tauratigariui River: The following further description of the body has been supplied by the Gisborne police : Age about sixty-five, height about 5 ft. 6 m., labourer, stout build, sandy hair and beard tinged with grey, blue eyes, short nose, full face ; dressed in grey-tweed waistcoat and trousers, blue serge coat, blue linen shirt, merino underpants, strong heavy nailed boots, and dark tweed overcoat.
