Auckland. — James Pivac, alias Pivats, failing to provide, has been arrested by the Otira Police. He had assumed the name Fred Jurich. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 423, and 1910, page 115.)
Auckland.— Melchisedick Richard Taylor, alias Melchedick Richard Taylor, alias Mell Taylor, de fault of maintenance, has been arrested by the Aratapu police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 339.)
Auckland. — Joseph Henry White, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Sydney police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 203.)
Auckland. — William Butterworth alias Eaton, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 301.)
Epsom.— Thomas Henry Leach, missing, has been located. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 206.)
Gisborne. — George Jaggerhorn, wife-desertion: It has been ascertained by the Eketahuna police that offender died in the Victoria Hospital, Wellington, on 23rd March, 1916. (See Police Gazette, 1907, pages 127 and 355.)
Napier. — George Forrest Hale, default of maintenance, has-been located by the St. John’s, Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 34.)
Napier.— Rau Akahuta, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Dargaville police. He had assumed the name Rau Herewini, and is identical with Rau Herewini Akwhata, referred to in Police Gazette, 1913, page 508. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 265.)
Woodville. — Gilbert Love, failing to provide : Warrant, cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1913, page 306.)
Featherston.— Herbert Kiddle, deserting from Expeditionary Force, has been located by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette , 1916, page 269.)
Featherston.— A. W. Page, deserting from Expeditionary Force, has been located by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, page 268.)
Timaru. — James Benjamin Weir, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Waimataitai police. (See Police Gazette, 1916, pages 266 and 282.)
