Dargaville. —22nd May last, on warrant for failing to maintain his illegitimate child, Richard Frederick Wilson, age twerty-one, height 5 ft. 10 in., steward, native of England, thin build, pale complexion, curly dark hair, brown eyes, flags on each arm. Complainant, Ada Jane Wright, Mangawhare.

Auckland. —On or about the 20th September last, on warrant for theft of £475, the property of Dexter and Crozier, motor-car importers, Auckland, Henry G. Grover, age thirty-two, height about 5 ft. 9 in., motor-car salesman, native of England, good build, fair hair and complexion ; usually well dressed. Accused in his capacity as agent for Messrs. Dexter and Crozier received £475 from Harold Brown, Wellington, on terms requiring him to acoount for or pay the same to his employers. This he failed to do, and is now believed to be in Sydney. He was licensed out from St. Joseph’s Orphanage, Auckland.
