(From Gazette, 1915, page 3096.) Amending Regulations for Trout-fishing, Auckland Acclimatization District. LIVERPOOL, Governor. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth day of August, 1915. Present : His Excellency the Governor in Council. \\7HEREAS by Order in Council dated the twentyVV second day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 64, of the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seven, regulations (hereinafter referred to as “ the said regulations”)"were made for trout-fishing in the Auckland Acclimatization District: And whereas it is desirable to amend the said regulations to the extent hereinafter set forth : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby amend the said regulations by omitting therefrom the word “ November ” wherever it appears and inserting the word “ October,” and by omitting from clause 10 thereof the words “ thirtyfirst day of October ” and inserting the words “ thirtieth day of September.” J.
