Avondale. — Joseph Daniels, obscene language, has been served with a summons by the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1912, page 2.)

Auckland. Harry James Ibbertson, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 761.)

Auckland. — A. Marshall, theft, has been arrested by the Auckland police. He is identical with Cecil James Martin, referred to in Police Gazette, 1914, page 516. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 213.)

Auckland. — Walter Jack Love, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Nelson police. He had assumed the name Douglas J. Lowe. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 425.)

Thames. — Howard Webby, breach of the terms of liis release under the First Offenders’ Probation Act, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 761.)

Waihi.- — Alfred Fdward Molloy, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to arid the summonses served upon him by the Pore Awanui police. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 656.)

Murchison. Patrick Me Gran, breach of Licensing Act, has been found drowned in the Buller River. (See Police Gazette, 1914, page 708.)
