(From Gazette , 1914, page 3661.) Amending Regulations for Trout-fishing in the Auckland Acclimatization District. LIVERPOOL, Governor. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of September, 1914. Present : His Excellency the Governor in Council. WHEREAS by Orders in Council, dated the twentysecond day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 64, of the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and No. 77, of the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, respectively, regulations were made for trout - fishing in the Auckland Acclimatization District : And whereas it is desirable to amend the said regulations in the manner hereinafter described : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of Now Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the regulation made by the said Order in Council, dated the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, by omitting therefrom the word “ worms.” J.
