(From Gazette , 1912, pages 3408 and 3409.) Inspector of Factories appointed. Department of Labour, Wellington, 4th December, 1912. HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Constable William Charles Waugh to be an Inspector under the Factories Act, 1908. The appointment is dated the 28th day of November, 1912. W. F. MASSEY, Minister of Labour.
Clerks of Magistrates’ Courts appointed. Department of Justice, Wellington, 4th December, 1912. HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Constable William Charles Waugh to be Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court at Papakura, from the 9th day of November, 1912, vice Constable L. Read, transferred ; and Constable Donald Shaw to be Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court at Porangahau, from the 11th day of November, 1912, vice Constable C. C. King, transferred. A. L.
