HIS Excellency the Governor has, in pursuance of the power and authority in him vested by subsection (1) of section 4 of the Fisheries Act, 1908, appointed Ward George Wohlmann, of Waihi, in the Provincial District of Auckland, Police Sergeant, to be an Inspector of Sea-fishing under the above-mentioned Act.
