HIS Excellency the Governor has, in pursuance of the power and authority in him vested by subsection (1) of section 4 of the Fisheries Act, 1908, appointed Ward George Wohlmann, of Waihi, in the Provincial District of Auckland, Police Sergeant, to be an Inspector of Sea-fishing under the above-mentioned Act. Clerks of Courts, <&c., appointed. Department of Justice, Wellington, 30th August, 1911. HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Constable James Sellers Willoocks to be Oierk of the Magistrates’ Courts at Pukekohe and Waiuku, from the Ist day of September, 1911, vice. H. J. Dixon; and Constable George Frederick Bevan to be Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court at Mercer, and Clerk of the Licensing Committee for the District of Franklin, vice H. J. Dixon. JOHN G. FINDLAY.
