Kempsey (New South Wales). —Inquiry requested for Henry Grills, who was convicted on the sth April last for sodomy and sentenced to seven years. The conviction was quashed, and he was teleased, but on appeal the High. Court restored the conviction. Description : Age forty-one, height 5 ft. 9§in., hair turning grey, grey eyes, scars on back of neck, on left forearm, and on right shin. (See New South Wales Police Gazette, 1911, page 9.)
