Beattie, No. 538, Constables J. P. Murphy, No. 1086, and J. Maher, No. 857, have been awarded £1 each for services in connection with the conviction of T. Rosomon and W. Bates for keeping liquor for sale, and A. J. Kelly and W. J. Kutze for sending liquor into a no-license district without being duly labelled. (10/980.) Auckland.— Constables H. Cox, No. 964, and Native Constable J. Beazley, have been awarded £2 each for services in connection with the conviction of Emile Tafford for sly-grog selling at Rawene. (10/979.) Auckland.— Constable D. G. Matthew, No. 1349, has been awarded £3 for the arrest of Cornelius Hurndell, absentee from H.M.S. “Pioneer.” (10/2.)

Fouhy, No. 380, has been awarded £3, and Constables J. J. O’Grady, No. 1160, H. Martin, No. 1182, B. R. Kidd, No. 1401, E. T. C. Turner, No. 1421, and James Torrance, No. 1462, £2 each, for services in connection with the conviction of Albert Whitaker for sly-grog selling. (10/932.)
