Te Karaka. —lsth ultimo, from the whare of GEORGE COLE, labourer, a worn brown-leather purse, containing £3 in notes, a sovereign, two half-sovereigns, and receipts signed “ T. A. Coleman ” ; also a gentlemen’s gold ring, with raised portion for initials on which there are three faint scratches ; value, £2. Ring only identifiable.

Normanby. —l7th or 18th ultimo, the property of HARRY WHALEN, farmer, Okaiawa, a colonial riding-saddle, well worn, new D and strap on front, new stirrup-irons and leathers, horse-slice stamped on outside of near flap, newly lined ; and a new brown saddle-cloth: value, £2 16s. Identifiable.

Niche!, signed ‘‘Patea West Road Board,” aud indorsed on back by F. Nichel; a cheque for £1 on Bank of New South Wales, Patea, dated 23rd March, 1910, in favour of W. Fowler, and signed “ Patrick McCarthy ” ; also £1 in silver and copper.

Westport. Between 19th and 21st ultimo, from the stable of the Railway Hotel, at Sergeant’s Hill, the property of LLEWELLYN WIN, farmer, a heavy colonial saddle, steel tree, leather girth with double buckles, newly lined, “E. White, Nelson,” branded on flap ; value, £7. Identifiable.

Dunedin. — 24th February last, from the Coffee Palace, Moray Place, the property of ISABEL LINTON, waitress, a long 15 ct. gold muff-chain, one long link and several small ones; a very old uncommon ladies’ silver keyless hunting-watch, glass broken, value £l2 ; and a plain brownleather purse, value 2s. 6d., containing two sovereigns. Identifiable, except money.
