Dargaville. —Louie William Harry, theft, has been pjr-rested by Constable J. Horan, Whangarei police, and properij/recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 105.)

Douglas Munro, default of fine and costs, has been arrested by Acting-Detective Powell, Auckland police, and lodged in pri-on. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 423.)

Hamilton. — James Murray Dobie, false pretences on -eFTE. Hammond, has been arrested by Constable W. Neil, Rotorua police. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 93.)

Rotorua.— James Murray Dobie, false pretences on ■RLJ. Grace, has been arrested by Constable W. Neil, Rotorua police. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 93.)

Otorohanga.— J. Castleberg and E. Collier, obtaingoods by false pretences: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 281.)

Gisborne.— William Dick, wanted as witness at the -Supreme Court, has returned to Gisborne. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 77.)

Hastings. — Beatrice Hey wood, missing friend, has |been found by Acting-Detective Mason, on information -supplied by the Gisborne Dolice. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 80.)

Opunake.— John Halmer Pope, failing to provide, has been arrested by Constable T. O’Grady, Havelock police, on information supplied by Constable Esson, Shannon police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 54.)

Palmerston North.— Agnes Santon, failing to provide, has been found by Constable Simpson, Eastbourne police. Sbe is employed at the Duke of Edinburgh Hotel, Wellington. (See Police Gazette , 1909, page 79.)

reymouth. — Donald Owen, default of fine : Warrant of commitment executed by Constable G. B. Edwards, Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, pages 280 and 517.)

Westport.— Robert Kinnaird, wife-desertion, has been arrested by Acting-Detectives Hammond aud Cameron, Wellington police, on information supplied by Constable Carey, Karamea poltce. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 294.)

llhristchurch. — William Longdin, disobeying maintenance order, has been arrested by Constable P. Smith, St. Albans police, and sentenced to three months. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 48.)

Christchurch. — John Gilpin, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable P. Moore, Methven police, and amount paid. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 68.)

Christchurch. —Michael Costello, default of fine and costs, has been located by Constable W. Dunphy, Blenheim police, and amount paid. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 475.)

Dave Turner, alias Keightly, alias Kelly, default of fine, has been located by Constable K Walton, on information supplied by Constable R. Monarty, and amount paid. Dunedin. Robert Brim Shepherd and James Henry Wilson, theft and forgery: Wilson has been arrested for this offence by Detective Hunt and ActingDetective Lilley, Dunedin police; Shepherd is now working at Manly, Sydney. (See Police Gazette, 1910, page 40.)
