Marshall, transferred. JOHN G. FINDLAY. Tatawai Lake to cease to be a Sanctuary for Imported Game and Native Game. PLUNKET, Governor. WHEREAS by a Warrant made under “ The Animals Protection Act, 1907,” dated the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eight, a certain area in the Otago Land District, containing one hundred and twentyone acres, more or less, situate in Block VI, Maungatua Survey District, and known as Tatawai Lake, was declared

to be a sanctuary for imported game and native game: And whereas it is expedient to revoke the said Warrant: Now, therefore, I. William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, pursuant to the powers vested in me by “ The Animals Protection Act, 1908,” do hereby revoke the above-mentioned Warrant as from the date hereof. As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nine. D. BUDDO, Minister of Internal Affairs. Two Lagoons near Amber ley to be Sanctuaries for Imported and Native Game. PLUNKET, Governor. PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by “ The Animals Protection Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the areas described in the Schedule hereto, shall be sanctuaries for the purposes of the said Animals Protection Act, and that no imported game or native game shall be taken or killed within the said areas. SCHEDULE. All that area, containing 74 acres, more or less, being Section No. 5664, Block XII, Grey Survey District, the said section being the property of Alfred Edward Tutton, of Amber ley. Also all that area, containing 162 acres, more or less, being Section No. 7409, Block XII, Grey Survey District, the said section being the property of Frederick Busch, of Newlands, Amberley. As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nine. D BUDDO, Minister of Internal Affairs. PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by “ The Animals Protection Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto, being the Petone Waterworks Reserve, shall be a sanctuary for the purposes of the said Animals Protection Act, and that no imported game or native game shall be taken or killed within the said area. SCHEDULE. All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 195 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, being part of Subdivision No. 3 of Maungaraki Block, situated in Block VIII, Belmont Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked 180/63, deposited in the District Survey Office, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green. As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nine. D. BUDDO, Minister of Internal Affairs.
