Palmerston North. —Richard Brown, wife-desertion, has been arrested by Constable W. O’Brien, Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 107.)
Wellington. Frank Saunders, theft: Warrant cancelled, complainant having died. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 312.)
Westport. — David Paul Ritchie, failing to provide for his wife and child, has been arrested by Constable" Foley, Collingwood police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 486.)
Christchurch.— Edith Whitemarsh, failing to provide for child in industrial school, has been located by Detective Miller, Lyttelton police. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 218.)
Christchurch. James Allen, missing friend, has been committed to Seacliff Mental Hospital from Oamaru. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 497.))
Ashburton. James Laurenson, theft: Warrant executed by Detective A. Ward, Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 322.) Offender is identical with Frank Walker, alias Langley, alias Leigh. (See Police Gazette, 1904, page 265, and 1907, page 116.)
Ashburton. —Leslie Stills, default of fine and costs for being absent from a Volunteer parade : Warrant executed by Constable Mclnness, Avondale police, and amount paid. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 378.)
Dunedin. —Peter Olsen, default of fine and costs for disobeying an order of the Court for the maintenance of his children, has been arrested by Constable Henderson, Queenstown police, and fine paid. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 146.)

Invercargill. Thomas Brown Alfred Daniel, disobeying order of the Court, has been arrested by Constable Mathieson, Riverton police, on information supplied by Constable Connell, Invercargill police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 444.)
Invercargill. —John Joseph Spring, wanted, that summonses for breaches of the Licensing Act may be served on him : It has been ascertained by Detective Cameron, Invercargill police, that offender is employed on a farm at Tylden, Victoria, and does not intend to return to New Zealand.
