Auckland.— Albert Ernest Trail, disobeying maintenance order: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 255.)
Auckland. —William Barrett, wilful damage, has been arrested by Constable J. Mathew, Te Kuiti police, on a charge of drunkenness, and amount paid. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 267.)
Auckland.— Frederick Cross, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable Watters, Auckland police, and lodged in Mount Eden Prison. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 255.)
Pukekohe. — Howard Walter, or Walters, theft, has been arrested at Sydney, and the horse, bridle, and horsecover found by Native Constable Moore and Constable O’Hara, Tuakau and Waiuku police, on information supplied by Constable McGovern. (See Police. Gazette, 1909, page 279.)
Gisborne. — Thomas O’Neill, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable Le Fevre, Hastings police, and the amount due paid. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 301.)
Shannon.— Toby Roberts, alias William Davis, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable Hampton, Napier police, on information supplied by Constable C. Le Fevre, Hastings police. Offender was undergoing a sentence of one month in Napier Prison for obscene language, under the name of William Davis. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 245.)
Wellington.— William McLean, bigamy, has been arrested by Detectives Williams and Kemp, Wellington police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 294.)
Wellington.— Thomas William Arthur Stringer, wife-desertion: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 2.)
Hokitika. — Arthur Needham, default of maintenance, has been arrested by Acting-Detective Hammond, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 302.)
Christchurch. Kenneth Walter McKnight, default of maintenance, has been arrested by Constable Kenny, Hamilton police, and remanded. (See Polic -> Gazette, 1909, page 280.)
Dunedin. —Herbert Helm, theft, has been arrested by Deteotive Mitchell and Acting-Detective Thomson, Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 256.)
Winton.— Daniel McMichael, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable J. Farrell, Reefton police, on a charge of drunkenness, and lodged in prison. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 170.)
Tapanui.— Frederick Charles Denham has been located by Constable Patterson, Middlemarch police, and has promised to send his wife some money. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 338.)
Sydney.— Harry Nichol Sadler, deserter from H.M.S. “Penguin,” has been arrested at Sydney. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 47.)
