Auckland. — William Gavin, default of maintenance, has been arrested by Constable Matthew, Auckland police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 267.)
Auckland. — John Hanslow, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable G. H. Lambert, Auckland police, and lodged in prison. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 181.)
Auckland. —Harry Holden, wife-desertion: Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 45.) Offender is identical with Harry Holden, now wanted for failing to provide for the maintenance of his illegitimate child. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 255.)
Auckland.— John M. Irvine, default of maintenance Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 235.)
Auckland.— James Ryder Moore, disobeying order of Court : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 191.)
Newton. — Bertie Hcldsworth, has been arrested on two charges of theft by Detective De Norville, Newton police, and committed to Burnham Industrial School. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 269.)
Whangarei. Edward Russell, breach of First Offenders’ Probation Act, has been arrested by Constable T. Kelly, Palmerston North police, at Wellington. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 225.)
Ohakune. John Bibby, sly-grog selling, has been served with a summons by the Palmerston North police, on information supplied by Constable Annison. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 255.)
Wanganui. — Robert Cleaver, wife-desertion : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 256.)
Dannevirke. —W. McKay, false pretences, has been arrested by Detective Siddells and Constable Wilson, Wanganui police, on information supplied by Constable Satherly, Otaki police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 204.)
Wellington. Susan Gray, escapee from Porirua Mental Hospital, was found drowned in a creek at Porirua on the 10th instant. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 268.)
Clyde Quay. Mchael Ryan, breach of prohibition order : Summons withdrawn. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 236.)
Mount Cook. — Eva Mary Yine has been found by Constable J. Quinn, Wellington police, and has promised to pay off arrears. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 280.)
Wellington. Brown, alias Joaqune Andraes Lancaster, false pretences, has been arrested by Detective D. Connolly, Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 268.)
Blenheim.— Albert William Foote, alias Jennings, escaping from the lock-up at Blenheim, has been arrested by Acting-Detective Shine, Auckland police, on a charge of theft, and sentenced at the Supreme Court to twelve months. (See Police Gazette , 1909, pages 80, 146, and 271.)
Lincoln. — Albert William Foote, alias Jennings, absconding from industrial school, has been arrested by Aoting-Detective Shine, at Auckland, for theft, and sentenced to twleve months. (See Police Gazette, 1908, pages 433 and 537, and preceding paragraph.)
Greymouth.— Leonard James Parker Ruston, breach of First Offenders’ Probation Act, has been found at South Dunedin by Constable F. D. Macartney, South Dunedin police. His apprehension is not now desired. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 292.)
Eoss.— James A. Mclntosh, theft, has been arrested by Detective Miller and Acting-Detective J. Powell, Auckland police, and remanded. Other charges pending. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 268.)
Christchurch.— S. A. Brierly, default of fine: Warrant executed by Detectives W. E. Hill and W. J. Butler, Napier and Hastings police: Fine and costs paid. (See Police Gazette, 1906, page 212.)
Dunedin.— John Morrell, theft, has been arrested by Constable L. Skinner, Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 268.)
