MISSING.
Wellington.— Since 24th ultimo, Gilbert Alexander Craig, age fifty-six, height 5 ft. 7 in., tailor’s cutter, medium build, fresh complexion, brown hair turning grey, clean-shaved except moustache; dressed in blue-serge suit, frock coat, belltopper hat; fond of drink, and now subject to a prohibition order. He is continually taking snuff. Supposed to have friends in Lyttelton. Inquiry by his wife, that his whereabouts may be ascertained.
Wellington. —Since 28th ultimo, Adelaide Emily Larking, age forty-five, height 5 ft. 3 in. or 4 in., widow, native of England, medium build, dark hair; has her two youngest children w*ith her —Circe age eight, and Hector age six. She left her home on the above date, and left a letter for her son, stating that she was going up the country to a situation. Since then nothing has been heard of her, and special inquiry is requested by her son, Richard Larking, No. 59 Vivian Street, Wellington.
