Auckland. — William Moore, default of costs, has been arrested by Constable Lambert, and lodged in Auckland Prison. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 2.)

Auckland.— Frank Bell Evans, theft, has been arrested by Sergeant W. Ramsay, Auckland police, and the stolen property recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 173.)

Auckland. — Julia Sweeney has been found at the Petane Hotel by Constable J. O’Halloran, Taradale police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 173.)

Otahuhu. — Harold Vincent Harvey, alias Harris, theft, has been arrested by Acting-Detective J. Powell, Auckland police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 519.)

Hamilton. Charles Kron, alias King, obscene language, has been arrested by Constable Bern, Hamilton police, and fined £5 19s. Pine paid. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 35.)

Taumarunui. — Thomas Dawson, default of fine, has been arrested by Constables J. H. Sweeney and D. Wilson, Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 291.)

Hawera. — Madame Hyland has paid the amount due to Sergeant J. K. Simpson, Invercargill police. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 420.)

Taihape. — Robert Henderson, theft, has been arrested bv Constable D. O’Sullivan, Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 161.)

Hunterville. Richard Kearns (alias Kerosene Dick) and E. Williams, attempted rape : Warrants cancelled. (See Police Police Gazette, 1909, page 145.)

Marton. — Harold Vincent Harvey, alias Harris, false pretences, nas been arrested by Aciing-Dettctive J. Powell, Auckland police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 411.)

Christchurch. — Francis James Cox, false pretences, has been arrested by Detective T. Livingstone and ActingDetective T. Gibson, Christchurch police, and sentenced to three months on another charge. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 214.)

Christchurch.— George William David Tate, default of maintenance : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 192.)

Lincoln. — Charles Thomas Scorringe, absconding from industrial school, has been arrested by Constable Mcluness, Avondale police, and committed for trial on several charges of breaking and entering. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 191.)

Temuka. — Joseph Sweeny, theft, has been arrested by Constable Cassidy, Kurow police, for theft of a horse, saddle, and bridle, the property of T. Liken, and committed to the Supreme Court for sentence, and remanded to Timaru for theft from R. J. Thistleton. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 162.)

Dunedin. — Frederick Schluter, theft, has been arrested by Constable Charles Pont, Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1909, page 204.)

Orepukt.— William Henry Edgecombe, default of fine, has paid the amount due to Constable J. Melville, Arrowtown police. (See Police Gazette, 1907, pages 88 and 110.)
