INQUIRIES, ETC., FROM OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND.
Queensland. —Inquiry requested for R. T. Gervis, described as tall, fair complexion, high forehead, large blue eyes, rather sharp nose, broad shoulders, was a sugar-planter in the Mackay District, Queensland, and is supposed to have come to New Zealand about 1902. Inquiry by Lavinia Thorp, Townsville, Queensland. (08/2808.)
England. —lnformation requested concerning the whereabouts of Pat Grogan, age about forty, was a boss over when in Manchester, very stout build, very fair. He left England for New Zealand by the s.s. “Oswestry Grange,” on the 31st April, 1906, and wrote from Wellington about April last, address “ Post Office, Wellington ” ; no trace can now be obtained ol him. Inquiry by his sister. When he left England he shipped under the name of John Connolly. (08/2642.)
