PROPERTY FOUND.

Gisborne. —An owner is wanted by the Gisborne police for an amber cigarette-holder, mounted at end in 9ct. gold, and stamped “J.J. ” “9,” “ 375,” an anchor, aud “ e,” in a white-plush-lined case stamped “ Kia-ora ” in circle; also a small red-leather Sunlight vest pocket-diary for 1908. The above articles are now in the Inspector’s Office, Napier, and were traced to the possession of Joseph Johnston, alias Wesley Yullett, sentenced at the Supreme Court Gisborne, on the 19th September last, to twelve months’ hard labour.
