Wanganui. — Herbert Moore, disobeying an order ol the Court, has been arrested by Constable R. J. Issell. Wanganui police, and amount paid. (See Police Gazette , 1908, page 307.) \/
Shannon. — Charles Richard Smith has been arrested 7 for theft from MICHAEL LALLY by Acting-Detective A. E. Andrews and Constable J. Wright, Wellington police, and sentenced to three months’ imprisonment. (See Police Gazette, 1908, pages 74 and 247.) He is identical with discharged prispner Charles Smith. (See Police Gazette , 1907, page 30.) y/
Mastertgn. — Garioch Davidson, failing to provide for his illegitimate children, has been arrested by Constable Fitzgibbon, Palmerston North police (»ee Police Gazette, 1908, page 245). He is identical with George Davidson (see Police Gazette, 1908, page 354)>/
Petone. — Peter Garbes, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable H. Carmody, Clyde Quay police, on information supplied by Constable Pearce, Brooklyn police, and lodged in/Wellington Prison. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 281.)
Wellington. — Henry Blanford has returned to his home. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 349. )*J
Wellington.— William Richtor, theft from the dwelling of JOHN ARTHUR GREEN, has been arrested by Constable T. Fitzgibbon, Palmerston North police: property not recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 349.)
Nelson. Aubrey Harold Smith, deserting from H.M.S. “ Pioneer,” has been arrested/>n the s.e. “Waverley,” by Constable F. Pidgeon, Motueka police, on information supplied by S/rgeant Duggan and Constable Tonkin, Nelson police. (She Police Gazette, 1908, pages 52, 82, 91, and 107. )(\
