Gisborne.— ROßEßT COLEBROOK’S shop broken into: Edward Boniface has been arrested for this offence by Detective Rawle and Constable M. Doyle, Gisborne and Te Karaka police, and Joseph Johnson and James Keegan by Detective Connell, Acting-Detective Ward, and Constable Hampton, Christchurch and Sumner police. Property recovered, except the pocket-bopk and money. (See Police Gazette , 1908, page 209.) »-/
Manaia. —AMELIA SATTLER’S has been recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 5.) sj
Kaiapoi. LEONARD GILES and WILFRED JURY have recovered the property stolen, except the gold chain, sovereign-case, and money, and William Roger Kells and Albert Foote arrested for the offence by Constable A. Bird, Culverden police, and committed to the Supreme/Court for sentence. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 309.)
