Hamilton. — Robert Burn?, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable Annisonl Rotorua police, on a charge of vagrancy, and sentenced to three months in Auckland Prison. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 137.)
Napier. Archibald Sharrock, default of fine, has paid the amount due to Sefgeant Treanor, Napier police. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 49.)
Wellington. George A.jNinness, default of maintenance, has been arrested bt Constable J. Kerr, Wellington South police, and ordered to find sureties, or two months’ imprisonment. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 128.)
Wellington. William Oughton, theft, has been arrested by Acting-Deteetivq A. Andrews, Wellington police, and ordered to come up whejl called on. (See Police Gazette, 1908, page 145.)
Blenheim. — Thomas Hojpgood, jun., criminal libel, was killed at Waikare on therl3th January last. (See Police Gazette, 1906, page 89.) r
Blenheim.— Joseph Arthur Wooster, wife-desertion Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 460.)
Lincoln. — Charles Edward Weigel, absconding from Burnham Industrial School, was arrested by Detective T. Livingstone on the Ist instant, and returned to the school. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 147.)
Invercargill. Frederick Linford Horne, disobeying order, has been arrested by Sergeant A. Emerson, Dunedin police, and lodged in gaol. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 190.)
Sydney. — Reginald Mitchell, deserting from H.M.S* “ Powerful ” : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 369.)
