Auckland. —Henry J Walsh, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable J. Murphy, Auckland, and amountpaid. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 209.)
Auckland. —Frederick Thomas Calldron, wifedesertion. Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 199.)
Newmarket.— Charles James Menzies, theft, has been arrested by Sergeant F. A. Moore, Newmarket police; case dismissed. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 227.)
Hamilton. — John Willis, theft, has been arrested by Detective Siddells, Wanganui police, on information supplied by Constable Wade. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 209.) Offender is identical with John Wall, alias Heron. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 293.)
Stratford.— John Thomas Buchanan, alias Percy Pratt, making false declaration, has been arrested by Detective J. Cassells, Wellington police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 190.)
Wanganui. Alfred Philpot, alias A. Simpson, has been arrested by Detective J. Cassells, Wellington police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 227.)
Levin.— Oliver Ernest (Campbell, absconding from Industrial School, has been arresteu by Constable A. Gregor, Masterton police, and returned to the School. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 229.)
Levin.— Andrew Henry, absconding from industrial school has been arrested by Constable F. Woods, Foxton police. (See Police Gazette, 1906, page 433.)
Wellington.— Andrew Hutcheson, theft, has been arrested by Acting-Detective Williams, Wellington police, and remanded. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 227.)
Wellington.— Mary Coffey, child - desertion, has been arrested by Detective C. Broberg, Wellington police, and ordered to pay 7s. a week towards the support of her child in the Receiving Home. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 217.)
Wellington. — Arthur Greening, theft, has been arrested by Detective S. Rawle and Acting-Detective W. Lewis, Wellington police, and convicted and discharged. (See Police Gazette, 1907, page 180.)
Greymoutii. —Denis Moynihan, default of maintenance, has been arrested by Constable Tonkinson, at Ross, on information supplied by Detective W. Campbell, and information withdrawn. (See Police Gazette, 1897, page 61, and 1893, page 175.)
Westeort.— Denis Minnehan, alias Maloney, false pretences, has been arrested by Constable Tonkinson, at Ross, on information supplied by Detective W. Campbell; case dismissed. (See Police Gazette, 1893, page 175, and 1897, page 61.)
Christchurch.— Phillip Kissel, escaping from Sunny - side Mental Hospital, has been located at Sydney, by Acting-Detective Ward, Christchurch police, where he is serving three months for housebreaking. (See Police Gazette, 1906, pages 192, 276, and 284.)
Lyttelton. Harold Rolfe, deserter from H.M.S. “ Prometheus,” is said to have shipped on the “ Morning Light ” from Lyttelton under the name of Charles Roberts, and on the 25th ultimo was washed overboard and drowned. (See Police Gazette, 1907,(pages 175 and 182.)
Roxburgh.— John Kelly, alias Kelly the Rake, default of fine, has been arrested by Constable D. Hanafin, Riccarton police, and lodged in Lyttelton Gaol. (See Police Gazette, 1906, page 432.)
Dunedin. — John Smith, default of fine, has been located by Constable Watters, Hastings police, and amount paid. (See Police Gazette, 1900. page 277.)
Invercargill. Henry George Tull, wife-desertion, surrendered himself to the Invercargill police on the 11th instant. (See Police Gazette, 1905, page 374.)
