Seagulls may he killed at Wainuiomata, in Wellington

District. PLUNKET, Governor. IN pursuance of the powers vested in me by “ The Animals Protection Act, 1880,” and the Acts amending

the same, I, William Lee, Bai'on Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the date hereof, seagulls of any species shall cease to be within the operation of the said Acts in the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

Half a mile on each side of the Wainuiomata Biver, from the sea to the Wellington Corporation waterworks reservoir.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and seven. JOHN G. FINDLAY.
