Pukekohe.— Between sth and. Bth instant, from a railway truck, property of MESSRS. P. HENRY AND SON, store keepers, a box of Derby, and a box of Havelock tobacco boxes marked ! ‘P.H.” over “P” : value, £ll.
Hastings. —Bth instant, from the shop-door of HALLEN STEIN BROS., drapers, a gentlemen’s three-quarter over-
coat, brown colour with greenish tinge, rough surface, unlined cuff-sleeves, short belt across the back, branded “H. 8.” ; value, £3 12s. 6d. Identifiable.
Wellington. —9th ultimo, from behind the Empire Hotel, Petone, property of JAMES WILLIAM PREECE, fellmonger, a gentlemen’s Red Bird bicycle, No. 5331, roller chain, no brake, half-drop reversible handles, rat-trap pedals, gear about 78, Brooks saddle ; value, £lO. Identifiable.
Karaiviea.— 2oth ultimo, from the passage of the Karamea Hotel, property of WILLIAM CHARLES ISSELL, butcher, a light check-tweed Chesterfield coat, a pair of kid gloves in pocket; value, £2 10s. Identifiable.
Christchurch. — 12th instant, from the Exhibition Buildings, property of GEORGE HEAD, West Coast Court, a piece of greenstone, about 20 lb. or 30 lb. weight; value, about £6. Identifiable.
Christchurch. —l2th or 13th instant, from the Exhibition Building, property of CHARLES BEKEN, photographic expert, a camera-tripod made of red birch. It was made by complainant, and is easily distinguished from a shop article ; value, £1 10s.
Christchurch.— l2th or 13th instant, from Wheeler and Dutch’s stall, Exhibition Buildings, pro})erty of F. W. DUTCH, photographer, a lens of an Alvesta camera ; value, £4 10s. Identifiable.
Christchurch. —23rd ultimo, from Edmonds’s Cycle-urtand, Lichfield Street, property of WILLIAM LEWIS, draper, a gentlemen’s black-enamelled Defiance bicycle, No. 287, plated rims, black and red centre in rims, rat-trap pedals, old saddle, celluloid mud-guards ; value, £l2. Identifiable.
Christchurch. —26th February last, from the East Christchurch School, property of HENRY GEORGE COCKBURN, a boy’s Bell bicycle, No. 611; value, £6. Identifiable.
Christchurch.— sth or 6th instant, from the stable of ANDREW PRINGLE, horse-trainer, a nearly new set of light gig-harness, English make, nickel-plated, white saddlepad, cut on inside of collar, plain winkers, extra hole in throatstrap, bar bit, square rings on hames, round rings on saddle, kicking-strap, reins attached, no britching ; value, £lO. Identifiable.
Woolston.— l2th instant, from the dwelling of WILLIAM GARLAND CHAPMAN, farmer, a gentlemen’s silver English lever hunting-watch, No. 958, a silver curb-pattern chain with square silver locket attached, “ W.G.C.” engraved on it; a greenstone gold-mounted pedant; and other small articles : value, £6 10s.
Linwood.— 9th or 10th instant, from the workshop of THOMAS OSBORN GRAY, carpenter, a rip-saw, two crosscut saws, a keyhole-saw, a jack-plane, a two-foot rule, a three-foot rule, four sash-fasteners, a kitchen-lamp, and a carpenter’s kit (all the tools stamped “ T. Gray ”) ; value, £3 4s. Identifiable.
Methven. —Between Ist and 7th instant, from the dwelling of ROBERT LYON, farmer, a gentlemen’s silver Rotherham hunting-watch, “ R.R.L., from his niece, 1884,” engraved on inside of case, value £5; a heavy-link gold Albert chain, with pendant attached, value £7 ; a dark-grey tweed vest, and an oilskin coat, value £1 10s. Identifiable.
Little River.— Between 6th and Bth instant, from the Kahuna Railway Flag-station, property of JOHN PARKINSON, sheep-farmer, a pair of men’s black button-boots, size 7, “ Cookham House ” on tab, newly half-soled ; value, 10s. Identifiable.
Dunedin. — 3rd instant, from the Octagon, property of ROBERT SUTHERLAND, labourer, a ladies’ new brownmorocco leather dressing-case, about 9 in. by 9 in. ; value, £1 ss. Identifiable.
St. Clair. — About 18th ultimo, from the dwelling of Mr. Groves, property of INA JEFFRIES, a black-opossum rug, some of the stitching of yellow braid resewn by hand; value, £lO. Identifiable,
